At the end of each wish, we ask the family to fill out a wish family evaluation, which includes a Wish Satisfaction Survey. The questions give 5 options for answers, ranging from a 'strongly agree' to 'somewhat agree' to 'undecided/unsure' to 'somewhat disagree' to 'strongly disagree'. Seventeen-year-old Rachel just returned from a wish trip to Italy, and her parents sent over an evaluation with a perfect score. This is something we take very seriously, as we strive every day to grant the best wishes possible. Receiving a perfect score is a huge honor, and we are happy to hear of the amazing time Rachel and her family shared as her wish came true.
Question: The availability and contact of office staff relating to my child's wish was reasonable and supportive.
Answer: From day 1, everyone was supportive of helping Rachel get her wish.
Question: The information relating to my child's wish was accurate and timely.
Answer: Our only hold-up was due to Rachel's health - nothing Make-A-Wish could do about that.
Question: My child's wish volunteers were courteous, friendly, and sincere.
Answer: Liz and Lezlie are amazing people! Since the day we first met, they've been great!
